Return

Product sold can be returned within 30 days of arrival if it is damaged or unwanted. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the company via customer service email account. The request should be placed as soon as possible when the customer want to return the product.

Return Policy

If a customer no longer wants the product out of his/her own demand, please contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase and wait patiently for our response. Once the customer received our response, please ship the product to us within 5 business days. If the product was damaged during the delivery process or received a wrong order or part of the order is missing, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the package. Customers must take pictures of the product/order and email it to our customer service for reviewing. Upon receiving, customer service will process the request and email the customer the return shipping label if the request is granted. After please print out the label and place it on the package and ship the product back within 5 business days. *If customers have opened the product or ripped off the outer packing, we will not accept customer's return request. Products must remain sealed and unused. *Once the customer received our email reply yet did not send out the package, Candy doll Beauty will not accept the return package nor process the refund.

Refund

Upon customer's request, Candy doll Beauty will review the cases and process your refund. However, request can only be placed within 30 days of receiving the package. Once Candy doll Beauty received and checked the returned package, a refund will be issued back via original payment method within 10 business days.
